E: [email protected] Ashley joined John’s practice in 2020 after working for the Health and Disability Commissioner and a well-respected employment agency.
She works closely with John on all matters; often appearing with John as second counsel. She takes an uncompromising approach to preparing every defence for trial, provides pragmatic advice and brings a persuasive yet compassionate approach to her written and oral advocacy. Regularly appearing in the District and High Courts, Ashley has conducted pre-trials, sentencings and appeals in her own right, as well as being second counsel on difficult and serious trials. |
